The ADSp (General German Freight Forwarding Terms and Conditions) latest version is the sole basis for our work, and, insofar as they do not apply to the provision of logistics services, we work according to the Logistics General Terms and Conditions (Logistik-AGB) latest version, taking into account the ADR and GGV.

Paragraph 23 of the ADSp limits the legal liability for damage to goods according to Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) to 8.33 SDR/kg per damage event or per occurrence of damage, up to a maximum of 1 million or 2 million euros or 2 SDR/kg, whichever amount is higher, and for multimodal transport, including sea carriage, the limit is generally 2 SDR/kg.
